About Us
House of Tasa (HOT) is a registered business entity based in Bhopal, India, governed by the laws of India. We create hand block printed, pure cotton western wear, produced in Jaipur. These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Who Can Shop With Us
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or are ordering with the consent of a parent or guardian. Our products are for personal use, and any misuse, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized commercial resale may result in your order being cancelled or refused.
Your Order
Placing an order with us means you’ve read and agreed to our Shipping Policy, Refund & Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy, in addition to these Terms. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors in which case a full refund will be initiated.
Our Products
All House of Tasa products are hand block printed on pure cotton fabric. Because each piece is hand-crafted, minor variations in print placement, colour, and texture are natural to the process and are not considered defects, they’re part of what makes each piece one of a kind. Product colours may also appear slightly different across screens due to device display settings. Made to Order pieces are crafted specifically for you once your order is placed, so timelines for these are longer than Ready to Ship items.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and we’re not obligated to honour a previous price on a future order. We accept payment via major cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available, subject to the additional COD fee mentioned in our Shipping Policy. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes as per the destination country which are borne entirely by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India and, on a case-by-case basis, internationally via Instagram and WhatsApp. Delivery timelines mentioned on our website are indicative and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Exchanges, Returns & Store Credit
We want you to love what you wear, and because our pieces are handcrafted, we handle exchanges and returns a little differently than mass-produced brands. Full details including timelines, eligibility, and store credit terms are laid out in our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Privacy & Data
We collect and use your personal information such as your name, address, and contact details, only to process and deliver your order, and to occasionally reach out with updates or offers you can opt out of anytime. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways, though no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Social Commerce
Orders placed via Instagram DM or WhatsApp are subject to the same Terms, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Exchange Policy as website orders, even though the ordering process may look a little different.
Intellectual Property
All content on the House of Tasa website and social media including our name, logo, product names, descriptions, photographs, and brand assets is the intellectual property of House of Tasa. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every care in crafting and delivering your order, House of Tasa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the order in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or the law. The most recent version will always be available on our website, and continuing to shop with us after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions with House of Tasa shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
