Every piece at House of Tasa is hand block printed on pure cotton crafted by artisans, one stamp at a time. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, each piece takes significant time, effort and skill to create. Returns create an irreversible loss for the craft and the craftsperson behind it. We hope you understand and shop mindfully.
Exchange & Return Policy
• Exchange or return requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery via our WhatsApp number.
• Please raise your request by emailing us at hello@houseoftasa.com or DMing us on Instagram within this window.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
• Your first exchange or return on an order is free of shipping charges. If a further exchange is needed on the same order, return shipping (from your delivery address to our base location) will need to be borne by you.
• We genuinely hope this doesn’t come up as every HOT piece passes through several hands before it reaches you, and we try to keep that chain supported without passing on extra costs where we can help it.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, your exchange or store credit will be processed.
Reverse Pickup for Exchange/Return
Wherever possible, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for your exchange or return within India. If pickup isn’t available at your pincode, we’ll let you know and ask you to courier the piece back to us in which case, the shipping cost and handling will be on you.
Store Credit
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. In eligible cases, store credit will be issued, which can be used on your next HOT purchase. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Not Eligible for Exchange/Return
• Sale items and discounted pieces
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items that show signs of wear, wash or damage
• Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
