Every piece at House of Tasa is hand block printed on pure cotton — crafted by artisans, one stamp at a time. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, each piece takes significant time, effort and skill to create. Returns create an irreversible loss for the craft and the craftsperson behind it. We hope you understand and shop mindfully

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 to 4 days of delivery.
• Please raise your exchange request by emailing us at hello@houseoftasa.com or DMing us on Instagram within this window.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange shipping charges are borne by the customer.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, your exchange will be processed.

Store Credit

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. In eligible cases, store credit will be issued which can be used on your next HOT purchase

Not Eligible for Exchange

• Sale items and discounted pieces
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items that show signs of wear, wash or damage
• Requests raised after 4 days of delivery
